At Miss Kitty Made, every piece is thoughtfully handmade, reworked, and completely one of a kind.

Due to the unique nature of our clothing and the time and care that goes into creating each piece, all sales are final.

FINAL SALE POLICY

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please carefully review all product photographs, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing.

Each garment is individually made, and once it's gone, it's gone!

UPCYCLED & PRE-LOVED MATERIALS

Miss Kitty Made specializes in creating one-of-a-kind clothing using repurposed and pre-loved materials.

Because of this, garments may feature minor signs of previous wear, natural fading, or subtle imperfections that are characteristic of upcycled clothing.

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe every piece, including any significant imperfections.

These characteristics are part of what makes each garment unique and are not considered defects when accurately disclosed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect every garment before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, repair, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

The 7-day reporting window does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind requests.

Where a refund or return is required by law, applicable shipping charges will be handled in accordance with those requirements.
